HHO is Taking Center Stage in Today's Quest For Alternative Fuel Source

Fuel prices have reached the $4 per gallon mark and while there are still no signs of it going down, the head of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries have hinted that this rising trend will continue until summer this year.  Everyone feels the pinch of these skyrocketing fuel prices that there is a growing interest to better substitutes.  In the wake of using water for gas (HHO fuel supplement), Yahoo! News recently featured “Green Gold Rush,” – a technology boom that is driving entrepreneurs and studies to look for newer and cheaper fuel products.

Interesting fuel alternatives ranging from cow manure, corn…even rocks, algae, and tiny microbes that give out natural gas for fuel.  The same report says 148 billion dollars were poured into alternative energy last year, double the amount from the year before that.  While these techies and scientists scramble for the discovery of new energy alternatives like how it was during the “Gold Rush” in 1848, there is a growing popularity of the use of water for gas supplement.  Others call this Brown’s gas, while others call this HHO.

Water for gas technology is not a 100% water fuel.  It is a technology that uses electrolysis to extract hydrogen from water and injects it to the gasoline or diesel-powered engine.  This is just a kit that is non-intrusive, and can be installed or uninstalled in just a matter of minutes.  What is good about this technology is that you are not going to lose your car’s warranty, it is safe (because water is stable) and it will not cost you anything after you bought the kit (which is unbelievably cheap compared to other alternatives), and installed it under the hood.

HHO or hydrogen-on-demand is the latest innovation, called water for gas, that increases your vehicle’s miles per gallon performance.  Water for gas also improve emission, and makes your car engine run smoother and cooler.  What makes this technology better is that you would need no additional gadgets or additives.  The parts are astonishingly simple as they are just your common items that can be bought from your local hardware store.  These basic part requirements are: water, a sealed liquid container where you will place the water (about a quart in size), electrical wiring, vacuum hoses, some vacuum T-connectors, an automotive fuse and a little bit of baking soda (this serves as the catalyst).

The installation process is a breeze for those who have little knowledge about cars and engines.  This is just the retro-fitting of the electrolysis kit, or “hydrogen generator” (as others prefer to call it) under the hood.  This water for gas technology uses electrolysis, the process of converting water into the type of gas (hydrogen) that your engine can burn for energy.  This is done through the installation you will do (following a supplied owner’s manual that usually comes with the kits) to have the hydrogen, or HHO, introduced to the airflow in the intake manifold.

The result? An average minimum of 40% increase in your vehicle’s miles per gallon performance.  This is a great way of beating this outrageous fuel increase while you also take care of the environment.
